The File Names (actually a number) and the small tag are consistent between the Divine Waxes Gallery and the Divine Waxes Store. IMPORTANT NOTES: · We offer a Money Back guarantee on every order if the quality is not equal to or greater than the photos that represent the product. · We inject each and every one of the waxes (right here in Texas) that will ship to you. · If your items are damaged during shipment you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the order. Items will be replaced promptly. · We expect you to be skilled in the techniques of casting from waxes. We expect you to be able to add, remove, or modify the waxes to suit the product that you desire. This includes but is not limited to prongs, heads, sizing or other modifications.
